The other week I shared some water colour techniques, and I’ve had lots of questions about how to do no line water colouring. So, today I thought I’d share my easy no line water colour rose card with you. This rose is actually a Magnolia from the Magnolia Blooms set, but you can easily substitute it as a wild rose with this technique. Use your imagination a little and make sure you use the correct colours for wild roses, which are normally white or a pink colour, at least those I know of are!
No Line Water Colour
Watch the video and see how easy it is to create something beautiful for your home.
The colours just pop even though it’s a subtle look. Using the Flirty Flamingo colour really lifts the piece visually. You can try different stamp sets if you prefer a more conventional rose or indeed any other flower. Also, don’t forget to make sure you use an Aqua Painter, because these regulate the flow of water and make it so much easier to get good results.
Below I’ve shared the basic products you need for the cards I’ve used in these cards. I do hope you’ll give no line water colouring a try yourself. I’d love to know if you fall in love with it too!
