Online Services are defined as including, but not limited to, images, written tutorials provided via PDF or otherwise, videos, emails, voice recordings or similar are non-refundable as the content is delivered in full upon purchase.

Stampin’ Up! products purchased via my online store at http://www.queenpip.stampinup.net are provided in line with Stampin’ Up! returns and angel policy.

Physical product including, but not limited to, class included items, pre-owned, retired, handmade items are purchased on an “as is” and “as seen” basis and are non-refundable once dispatched. Current product (defined as being currently available to purchase via my online Stampin’ Up! store) items included within class fees are refundable in line with the Stampin’ Up! returns policy.
