Have You Caught the Love Bug? I have, even after twenty five plus years of being married, I’m still a softy at heart. We don’t normally swap Valentine’s Day cards, so this year he’ll get a surprise! If you are sending a card to your loved one or have an anniversary soon, then this cute card would hit the mark. It’s so simple to make, but I love the classic white and red design, with a little sparkle of course.

The stamps come from 2 sets – Sunshine Sayings from our annual catalogue and Beetles and Bugs from the new Spring / Summer catalogue. It’s a tiny ladybird which you stamp first in black and then fill in with a stamp for the red body. The set comes in Photopolymer so it’s simple to line everything up for perfect results each time.

The Love is from Sunshine Sayings, you’ll love this set for all it’s brilliant words you can combine into pretty much any sentiment you want or need! A Large Spot embossed background and some Sending Love papers give a great contrast while pulling the theme together. Finally, the Stitched Shapes Framelit circle and Sweetheart punched Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper just make it pop off the page!

  1. Cute… I’m not sure about the full bug card but when you use the set like this it’s not so scary. You know you’re a paper crafting genius when you can stretch yourself to crazy bug stamps.
